Publications

Part of the GPSG’s agenda is to act as a forum for the free exchange of ideas relating to Greek politics, policy, government and society.

We welcome contributions on all fields of Greek political studies, ranging from short opinion articles on topical debates to more extensive scholarly working papers. We also compile and host thematic bibliographies on a series of relevant topics with the view to facilitating scholarly research.

Editorial Guidelines

If you are interested in submitting an opinion piece, essay, paper, report or bibliography for our website, please get in touch.

Please note: All articles must be written in the English language and should be professionally proof-read before being submitted.

Copyright remains with the author, unless a Creative Commons licence is chosen.

Articles: ideally on a topical issue or current affair, although we also welcome contributions on emerging fields, ongoing scholarly debates, practical case studies, as well as tributes, historical pieces and obituaries. Word limit: 200 – 1,000 words.

Working Papers: there is no set word limit, although we would encourage prospective contributors to aim for a length of 1,000 – 4,000 words (preliminary/interim research reports) and 3,000 – 6,000 words (papers).

Bibliographies: should follow either the Harvard Referencing System or the guidelines of the American Psychological Association (APA). Please include your contact details, organisational affiliation and a short bio in every document.
